MMCC is an architectural code and zoning consulting firm based in NYC, assisting realtors, developers, and planning professionals in developing large-scale real estate projects.
CHALLENGE
This project involved balancing professionalism, urban aesthetics, collaboration, and adaptability. Creating a visual identity that communicates trust and reliability while reflecting the multifaceted nature of MMCC’s services was a key aspect of the overall design.
SOLUTION
We wanted the brand's visual identity to reflect a grounded approach rooted in years of experience and innovative thinking. We used lines to reflect a strong presence and a squared typeface that is easy to read and portrays a problem-solving mindset through professionalism and reliability.
