This year, the team at Birdhouse got together to celebrate the end of a year together and in that session we worked on an exercise where we shared:

As a team, we learn so much about each other through these exercises and we motivate each other to pursue what drives us. And since we all know each others’ goals, we keep each other accountable daily.
